RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Entice Skincare, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience and utmost satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy.

We accept returns within 15 days of purchase. If returning an item that came with a bonus gift, the bonus gift should be returned as well - If you choose to keep the bonus gift, you will be charged for its value. Only the value of the items in the order will be refunded. Shipping costs are not eligible for refunds.

Please read the following guidelines to understand our policies:

  1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

    • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase.
    • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
    • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products, unless they are defective or damaged.
  2. Process for Returns:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at enticeskincare@gmail.com within the specified return period.
    • Provide your order details and a brief description of the reason for the return.
    • Our team will guide you through the return process and if you need it, we will provide a return label. 
    • Pack the item securely, including the original packaging and any accessories.
    • Ship the item back to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  3. Process for Exchanges:

    • If you would like to exchange an item for a different product or variant, please follow the same process as outlined for returns.
    • Specify the product or variant you wish to exchange for in your communication with our customer service team.
    • Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new product to you. Any price differences will be handled accordingly.
  4. Refunds:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate the refund process.
    • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used during the purchase.
    • Please allow 15 business days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your account.
    •  Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, so you won't get back any shipping fees. 
  5. Damaged or Defective Products:

    • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately.
    • Provide detailed information and, if possible, attach photos of the damaged or defective item.
    • We will arrange for a return or exchange, including covering any associated shipping costs.

Please note:

  • Gift cards, promotional items, and final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • We recommend that you retain proof of shipment for your returned item until the refund/exchange process is complete.
  • Entice Skincare reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet the stated guidelines.
